A desk of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement opened at the Tashkent airport

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A service department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau (CEB) has been organized at the Tashkent International Airport, which will deal with problematic situations related to the imposition of a ban on the exit of citizens of Uzbekistan.

“Flights outside Uzbekistan may be limited due to late payment of utilities, loans, fines and other debts. A person can forget about it and find out already when crossing the border. Also, the debt may be erroneous, the human factor, unfortunately, has not been canceled. A striking example is when a thirteen-year-old teenager was unable to fly out of the country due to "alimony debts." To prevent such absurd situations from happening in the future, an employee of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau will be at the airport 24/7,” the press service of Uzbekistan Airports commented.

The CEB branch is located at the information desk in the departure hall of the Tashkent International Airport. An employee at the request of the passenger can say whether there is a debt or not. Also, when repaying the debt and presenting the payment document, the CEB employee can update the system and remove the ban on departure from the passenger.

It should be noted that the CEB representative does not accept payment. At the moment, passengers can only pay through electronic payment systems (Click, PayMe, Apelsin, etc.). In the near future, following the completion of the auctions, self-service kiosks will also be installed at the Tashkent airport, through which passengers will be able to pay not only with plastic cards, but also in cash.

A passenger who is actually a person liable for alimony and who does not have special permission from the court from his spouse is prohibited from traveling abroad even if there is no debt on payment of alimony.
