Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to hold high-level events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Republican Turkmen Cultural Center, a delegation of Turkmenistan is paying visit to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the city of Tashkent.

As part of the visit, scheduled for the period from 31 October to 3 November 2022, it is planned that members of the delegation will participate in a number of cultural events organized in Tashkent.

According to the program of the visit, today, with the participation of members of the delegation of Turkmenistan and representatives of the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendship Relations with Foreign Countries under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a flower-laying ceremony was held at the foot of the monument "Shomakhmudov Family" on Friendship of Peoples Square, located in the capital. The event was also attended by the Deputy Khokim of the city of Tashkent for tourism, sports, culture, cultural heritage and mass communications F. Davrukov.

Within the framework of the visit of the delegation of Turkmenistan to Tashkent tomorrow, November 2, a gala concert “Uzbekistan is a country glorifying peace and friendship” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Republican Turkmen Cultural Center will be held at the Turkestan Palace of Arts.
