Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 April, the Director of the National Research University of the Russian Federation "Higher School of Economics" (Perm Campus) Galina Volodina and Deputy Director Elena Shadrina met with the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gulnora Rakhimova.

The meeting held at the Training Center under the Ministry of Finance was attended by Director of the Department of International Financial Relations of the Ministry Ajiniyaz Kaypnazarov, Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resource Development and Personnel Management - Head of Devision Aliya Mingaliyeva, Head of the Devision of Public Procurement Sharaf Rustamov and Director of the Training Center under the Ministry of Finance Iroda Khamidova. 

During the meeting, in order to improve the skills of personnel, retrain them and improve their professional qualities, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Training Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University of the Russian Federation (Perm campus). The agreement was signed by Director of the Training Center under the Ministry of Finance Iroda Khamidova and Director of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University of the Russian Federation (Perm Campus) Galina Volodina.

Under the agreement, the parties will develop training and retraining programs for personnel in the field of finance and public procurement, organize the exchange of experience and internships for specialists, develop and implement joint educational and research programs. It is also planned to hold joint conferences, seminars, round tables and other events, cooperation in such areas as research and publications. 

The signing of this document will serve to further expand international cooperation, improve the skills of specialists in the field of finance and public procurement.
