Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A commemorative badge "O‘zbekiston Konstitutsiyasining 30 yilligi" has been established in Uzbekistan. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyev signed a decree on the establishment of a badge.

The commemorative badge “O‘zbekiston Konstitutsiyasining 30 yilligi” is awarded to representatives of all spheres, labor veterans, military and law enforcement officers, as well as other persons who have made a worthy contribution to strengthening the independence of our country, increasing its economic, political, social, scientific, spiritual potential, defense power, ensuring the inviolability of the borders of our state, maintaining peace and stability, interethnic friendship and harmony, deepening democratic reforms in New Uzbekistan, building a fair civil society in which human rights, freedoms, honor and dignity are the highest value, wide promotion of the role and importance of the Main law in our lives, educating the younger generation in the spirit of respect for the law, love and devotion to the Motherland;

The commemorative badge can also be awarded to persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Constitution Day in Uzbekistan is celebrated on 8 December.
