Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A video was disseminated on social networks in which a young man got out of the car and was filming while standing.

The traffic police said that the department examined the video recordings and identified the offender.

According to the ministry, on 5 October, at about 16:30, while in the passenger seat of the Spark car, a 22-year-old man got out of the car and was filming while standing.

In relation to the man, a protocol was drawn up under Part 4 of Article 138 (The passenger protruding body parts (except for the hands) from the passenger compartment while the vehicle is moving) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
