Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-April 2022, 662,000 tons of cement worth US$26.1 million were imported to Uzbekistan.

The volume of cement imports decreased by 372 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of last year.

The main countries from which Uzbekistan imports cement in January-April 2022:

Tajikistan – 289,500 tons

Kazakhstan – 185,300 tons

Kyrgyz Republic – 179,300 tons

Turkmenistan – 3,700 tons

Iran – 3,700 tons

Russia - 344 tons
