Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- During the second quarter of 2022, on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers, 16 working groups were formed in regions, consisting of more than 100 representatives of relevant organizations to carry out state control over existing attractions throughout the Republic.
The working groups checked 1879 different types of attractions in 143 cultural and entertainment parks of the country. About 450 of these attractions are at the disposal of the parks, the rest are owned by private entrepreneurs and are used on a contract basis.
Notifications were made to local government agencies, and 166 submissions were sent to the heads of cultural and entertainment parks to suspend the operation of attractions until the deficiencies are eliminated.
