Central Bank of Uzbekistan registers three new credit unions

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Bank of Uzbekistan registered new credit unions, the press service of the bank said on 18 March 2010.
The Board of the Central Bank issued license to carry out credit unions to three legal entities, the statement said.
In particular, Roshidon Imkon credit union (Rishtan city, Ferghana region) with the charter capital of 38 million soums, Kafolat credit union (Buvayda district, Ferghana region) with the authorized capital of 37.5 million soums and Razzak Abdulla (Khiva city, Khorezm region) with the charter capital of 40 million soums.
Newly created credit unions will finance business projects of their members and render leasing services.
Central Bank also replaced the license of Oltin vodiy (Qoqand, Ferghana region) due to change of postal address of the credit union.
