School, college students in Tashkent to be banned to visit internet-cafes during lessons and night

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Students of secondary and secondary special educational institutes, as well as colleges in Tashkent can be banned from visiting internet-cafes during lessons and night time.
Tashkent city administration is planning to adopt a corresponding resolution, draft of which was published at Single interactive state services portal for discussion.
The draft resolution said that students of secondary and secondary special educational institutes, as well as colleges in Tashkent will not be allowed to visit internet-cafes during lessons and night without parents or trustees.
The document said that internet cafes should place warnings that students cannot visit internet-cafes during lessons and night time.
The internet cafes also should place warning on inadmissibility of spreading materials (video, audio, image and games), promoting violence, cruelty, pornography, religious sects, extremism, racism, etc.
Internet cafes should also install video surveillance cameras to ensure security of the visitors, the document said.
