Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company adopted a decision on payment of dividends for 2013.
According to the company, net income of Kyzylkumcement made up 225.935 billion soums in 2013.
The shareholders directed over 56.506 billion soums to payment of dividends, which will make up 28,410 soums per share.
Over 12.3 billion soums will be directed to reserve fund and 157.128 billion soums to increasing charter capital of the company.
Kyzylkumcement has been launched in 1977 and it is largest cement plant in Uzbekistan. Its capacities is over 3.1 million tonnesof cement a year with dry method. In 2012, the enterprise produced 3.18 million tonnes of cement (0.2%).
Currently, there are six cement plants in Uzbekistan with the capacity of about 7 million tonnes. Uzbekistan increased cement production by 1.3% year-on-year in 2012 to 6.78 million tonnes.
