Youngster detained for theft in Kashkadarya region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 6 December 2018, in Dekhkanabad district of Kashkadarya region, a resident of the Bibikorasoch village, a private entrepreneur reported to police that his shop was robbed on 16 November.

The theft took 11.3 million soums and a Samsung mobile phone, the Uzbek Interior Ministry said.

The criminal case was opened. In the result of investigation, the young man, studying in the 8^th class of school and lives in the same village, was detained in suspicion of theft.

Investigative actions are being carried out in the case of the detained student.
