World Bank: Uzbekistan’s GDP to grow by 1.5% in 2020
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The economic growth of Uzbekistan in 2020 will be 1.5%, the World Bank said in its June 2020 Global Economic Prospects.
In January 2020, the World Bank forecast that Uzbekistan’s GDP growth in 2020 will be 5.7%.
According to experts of the bank, in 2019, Uzbekistan’s GDP grew by 5.6%.
At the same time, the World Bank predicts that GDP growth in Uzbekistan in 2021 will amount to 6.6%.
