Winners of the contest on students’ business projects announced
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan in cooperation with Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT) and Association of enterprises and organizations of information technologies of Uzbekistan hosted presentation of the projects of the winners of the contest “The best student innovative business projects” among the students and graduates of the TUIT.
The contest is aimed at attracting young people in implementation of innovative business projects, development of software industry and information-communication technologies in Uzbekistan.
The contest was held from 20 May to 15 June 2014. All projects were presented by students and graduates of the TIUT and they should focus on creation of new jobs, improve well-being of population, etc. The participants can present several their projects to the contest.
During five days, the expert council considered works of over 40 participants. Samandar Komilov, Sardor Boboqulov and Navruz Shoymardonov were named as the winners.
Within the presentation, the winners received awards from Aloqabank, which acted as general sponsor of the contest.
