Wildberries Launches WB TAXI Service in Uzbekistan with Cashback and Four Fare Options

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Wildberries has announced the launch of its WB TAXI mobile application in Uzbekistan for ordering taxi services.

The app is now available for download on Play Market and the App Store, and can also be installed in Russia to support the work of the development team.

Users can start using the service via a personal invitation link or by joining a waiting list after installing the app.

Customers receive 50% cashback on the cost of a trip when paying cashlessly, credited in the platform’s proprietary virtual currency, “arbuzahs.” New users are given a welcome gift of 20,000 “arbuzahs” to pay for future rides.

WB TAXI offers four fare options: “Standard,” “Comfort,” “Comfort Plus,” and “Multi,” the latter of which accelerates vehicle assignment by simultaneously searching for cars across multiple fare types. Rides are available within Tashkent city limits.

The service provides 24/7 voice support and a chat feature for prompt customer feedback.
