Week of Glaucoma to be held in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A week of glaucoma will be held in Uzbekistan from 10 to 15 March 2014. The corresponding decision was issued by the Ministry of Healthcare on initiative of the Republican specialized center for microsurgery of eyes.

According to the decision, all ophthalmological clinics of Uzbekistan will participate in World Week of Glaucoma.

All citizens of Uzbekistan at the age of higher than 35 and patients with symptoms of glaucoma can receive free consultations on 15 March at all clinics. This day was announced as Open Doors Day by the Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan.
