Waffle Production in Uzbekistan Rises by One-Third in First Nine Months of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Committee, from January to September 2025, enterprises in Uzbekistan produced 12.5 thousand tons of waffles, marking a 33.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Production dynamics over the past three years were as follows: 4.5 thousand tons in 2023, 9.3 thousand tons in 2024, and 12.5 thousand tons in 2025.

The growth in production reflects sustained demand for confectionery products and the ongoing development of the country’s food industry.
