Visitor of nightclub dies after fight with security

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A visitor of nightclub Aurum 898 in Yunusabad district of Tashkent city died after fight with security guards on night of 8-9 August, the Tashkent Interior Affairs Department said in a statement.

The visitor attempted to enter the club with knife, but the security guards did not allow him to enter to the club.

The visitor attacked the guards and a fight broke out between the visitor and the guards. As a result, the visitor of the club received multiple injuries and died from the injuries this morning in the hospital. Two guards were also were hospitalized with stab wounds.

On suspicion of causing bodily injuries, which led to the death of the visitor, three security guards of the club were detained. Two guards are in hospital

The criminal case was opened and investigation is underway.
