Vice Prime Minister of Malaysia holds meetings in Tashkent

In particular, Tan Sri Muhyiddin bin Yassin held negotiations with the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyayev.

During the meeting, it was underlined that relations between Uzbekistan and Malaysia are developing gradually in various spheres based on agreements, reached at the meetings between two stations.

Vice Prime Minister of Malaysia also met with the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan Alisher Vahobov.

At the meeting, the sides considered issues of further developing cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia in education sphere and expanding cooperation between educational establishments of two states, as well as exchange experience.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin bin Yassin also visited the Uzbek State University of World Languages and met with teachers and students of the Uzbek university.

After the meeting, the Uzbek State University of World Languages and Binary University of Malaysia signed a memorandum of understanding.
