Veolia Energy Tashkent Inspects Heating Networks Following Residents’ Complaints About Hot Water Quality

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Veolia Energy Tashkent is conducting inspections of heating networks and nodes in response to residents’ complaints regarding temporary changes in the color of hot water.

According to the company, all consumer reports are recorded, and for each case, an on-site inspection is organized involving representatives of management companies, homeowners’ associations, and building management services.

If it is confirmed that external heating networks affect water quality, the company will consider recalculating service charges in accordance with established procedures.

“Recalculation is based on acts drawn up by a company representative together with the consumer, which document the nature and duration of the identified deviations. After signing, these acts are submitted to the district administration, where the billing adjustments are carried out based on them,” the Veolia Energy Tashkent statement reads.
