Vadim Menkov claims bronze medal at World Championships
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan’s canoeist Vadim Menkov won a bronze medal at the men’s C1 1000m at the 2011 ICF Senior Canoe Sprint World Championships in Hungary.
In final race in 1000m distance, Uzbek canoeist claimed third place as losing four seconds to Hunary’s Attila Vajda.
It is worth to mention that Vadim Menkov booked the right to participate at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
