Vacancies Abroad to Be Allocated Among Private Employment Agencies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan has registered a new Regulation on the procedure for allocating vacant jobs abroad among private employment agencies (registration number 3772, 9 February 2026).

According to the document, information on available positions provided by the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers will be published on the electronic platform “xorijdaish.uz.”

Private agencies wishing to participate in the allocation of quotas must submit applications through their personal accounts on the platform. The Migration Agency reviews applications within seven working days.

A key requirement for participation is holding a valid license for the employment of citizens abroad. The agency’s previous experience in placing workers under earlier quotas is also taken into account. Quotas are distributed among agencies that meet these criteria and whose applications are approved.

Agencies that receive quotas then conclude contracts with foreign employers and organize the deployment of citizens to these jobs. They are subsequently required to upload to the electronic platform all documents confirming the employment of workers, including labor contracts, appointment orders, or employment certificates.
