Uzum Surpasses 20 Million Users
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In 2025, Uzum grew its user base by more than one-third, surpassing 20 million users, according to the company’s press service.
The platform also expanded its functionality, introducing new products for both consumers and businesses, while strengthening the integration of financial services with e-commerce.
More than 20,000 sellers operate on Uzum platforms, over 10,000 of whom have adopted Uzum Nasiya installment services and Uzum To‘lov payment solutions. The company reports that the use of these financial tools has positively influenced sellers’ business performance.
Over the year, the volume of installments and microloans reached US$1.2 billion. The number of Uzum Bank cards exceeded 4 million, and digital deposits attracted over US$50 million within three months of launch.
E-commerce gross merchandise value (GMV) surpassed US$500 million, with the assortment of local goods on Uzum Market reaching 1.3 million SKUs, and over 100 million SKUs after launching Uzum Market Global.
The network of order pickup points grew to 1,500 locations across more than 450 settlements, while the Uzum Tezkor service became available in 26 cities.
Three years after its launch, Uzum’s e-commerce segment achieved positive EBITDA, with payments using the platform’s own financial tools accounting for over 50% of the total.
