Uztransgaz to pay dividends for 2013

The shareholders of the company allocated 768.28 million soums to payment of dividends for ordinary shares and 58.289 billion soums – for preferential shares.

The size of the dividend per ordinary share makes up 127.353 soums (12.7% to par value) and preferential share – 250 soums (25%).

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 460,843,846 units, according to the company.

The company directed 490 billion soums to increase charter capital. Other part of net income was kept as undistributed.
