Uzpromstroybank places shares for 219.83bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities registered the prospectus of emission of Uzpromstroybank.

According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will place 65 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 3,382 soums each.

The shares are issued within realization of the presidential resolution “On additional measures on attracting foreign investors in joint stock companies” on 21 December 2015.

The securities of the emission will be placed on open subscription, the prospectus of the emission said.

In line with the resolution, the joint stock companies should sell at least 15% stake to foreign investors till 1 July 2016.

If the companies fail to sell their stake to foreign investors, they should change organization form.
