Uzmetkombinat Delegation Visits Leading Chinese Industrial Company

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the joint-stock company Uzmetkombinat visited Quzhou Hang Oxygen Gas Co., Ltd., part of the Chinese Hangyang Group.

Today, Hangyang is a leader in China in the production of air separation units and industrial compressors. Globally, the company is recognized as one of the top five manufacturers in the field of cryogenic technologies. During the visit, the delegation familiarized themselves with the company’s production processes, advanced technologies, and engineering solutions.

Quzhou Hang Oxygen Gas Co., Ltd., wholly owned by Hangyang, produces high-purity industrial oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, medical oxygen, as well as specialty gases for the electronics industry.

The delegation studied air separation processes, gas liquefaction technologies, and systems for product delivery via pipelines and cryogenic transport. The facility operates a high-tech park with a continuous gas supply system and the capacity to produce hundreds of tons of liquid products daily.

During the visit, the operation of the Bekabad Oxygen Plant, a key unit of Uzmetkombinat that ensures a stable supply of oxygen, nitrogen, and other technical gases, was also discussed.

Hangyang’s management expressed readiness to share experience, technological developments, and production practices to expand cooperation. In turn, Uzmetkombinat’s leadership emphasized that the visit marked an important step toward enhancing technological capabilities, modernizing gas production processes, and further improving the operations of the Bekabad Plant.
