UzMED-lizing to raise charter capital up to 2.04bn soums

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered an issue of shares of the leasing company.

Within the issue, the leasing company will place 1.5 million ordinary shares with par value 1,363 soums. Total sum of the emission made up 2.044 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders via replacement of old shares to new ones with higher par value.
