UzLiDeP projects are achieving real results

The Women’s Wing of the party has organized over 11,000 seminars, roundtables and meeting, which attracted over 900,000 women since 2010.

The women also actively participate in such projects “Tadbirkorlik tamoyillari va ishbilarmonlik imkoniyatlari”, “Oilaviy Tadbirkorlikdan – mustahkam oilaga”, “Sog’lom oila – mustahkam oila”. In 2010-2014, over 610,000 women and girls participated in the projects.

The special attention was paid to attraction of women to business activities. Within a year, the commercial banks issued loans for 32.5 million soums to finance business plans of women, which helped to create over 670 jobs.

Within the project “Tadbirkorlik tamoyillari va ishbilarmonlik imkoniyatlari”, the party organized 1,000 seminars, workshops and trainings, which attracted over 36,000 women.

The project “Oilaviy Tadbirkorlikdan – mustahkam oilaga”, implemented in 2012-2014, attracted over 62,000 women. About 460 women received 5.34 billion soums to implement their business projects and create new jobs.

Over 1,140 events directed at promoting women to healthy lifestyle were organized within the project “Sog’lom oila – mustahkam oila”, which attracted over 30,000 women. Over 16,000 of them passed medical examination.

The party also regularly organized events directed at attracting women to farmers’ movement. Some 10,00 women were attracted to these events. They received information on doing business, attracting loans from banks, legal information, etc.

The party also actively participated in implementation of the state programmes via realization of various events for women and girls.

UzLiDeP also works on increasing number of women members. Currently, almost 40% of members are women. They are heading various organizations of the party. Some of them are working as MPs at various levels.
