The draft law “On management of the state property” is directed at further improving relations on management of the state property in Uzbekistan.
The document sets authorities of various state bodies in management of the state property and raises response for conducting state policy in the area.
Member of UzLiDeP faction at Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis Polat Reymov said that the Constitution, Land Code, Tax Code, Civil Code, Habitation Code, law “On property”, law “On state government in places”, law “On rental” and others regulate relations on state property management.
He said that the draft law promotes participation of small and private businesses, as well as farms in the process of the state property management.
The participants discussed that adoption of the law will help to efficiently manage state property, protect rights of population and environment, preserve public order, as well as ensure state safety and territorial integrity, create single system for management of the state property.
The participants shared their proposals and recommendations on further improving the draft law.
