Uzkimyosanoat to increase charter capital to 435.47bn soums

Shareholders of the company adopted decision on placement of additional emission of shares for 280.323 billion soums.

Within the issue, the company will place 244,823,976 ordinary shares with par value of 1,145 soums each. The shares will be placed on closed subscription to the State Committee of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of competition.

In its turn, Uzkimyosanoat will receive stakes in several chemical enterprises such as Farghanaazot, Qoqon Superfosfat Zavodi, Navoiyazot, etc.
