Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The net profit of the Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UzEX) reached 186.8 billion soums in the first half of 2025, marking a 20.9% increase compared to the same period of last year.

The company’s revenue grew by 13.7%, amounting to 237.6 billion soums.

Income from financial activities rose from 78.4 billion to 105.1 billion soums, showing an annual increase of 34.1%. Within this, interest income climbed from 64.4 billion to 86.2 billion soums, up 33.8% year-on-year.

By the end of June, UzEX’s assets stood at 5.1 trillion soums, reflecting a 9.7% rise, while its equity capital reached 463.4 billion soums — 64.8% higher than a year earlier.
