UZEX Net Profit Rises to 343.5bn Soums in 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX) reported a net profit of 343.5 billion soums for 2025, marking a 7.4% increase compared to 2024.

Gross profit reached 389.0 billion soums, up 2.7% year-on-year.

The growth was largely driven by a rise in interest income, which increased from 151.1 billion to 191.3 billion soums.

By the end of the year, the company’s assets totaled 5.7 trillion soums, reflecting a 36.9% increase compared to 2024.

Capital stood at 620.0 billion soums, up 42.6%, while retained earnings nearly doubled to 344.0 billion soums, rising by 99.4%.

Net revenue for 2025 amounted to 444.5 billion soums, showing a 3.9% increase year-on-year.

At the same time, profit for the fourth quarter reached 89.3 billion soums, which is 3.3% lower than in the same period of the previous year.
