Uzeltehsanoat to place shares for 29.302bn soums

Joint stock company Uzeltehsanoat will place shares for total sum of 29.302 billion soums.
The Center for Coordination and Development of Securities Market registered a prospectus of emission of the company.
The company will place 29,302,383 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums within the emission. Total sum of the issue is 29.302 billion soums.
According to the company, the shares will be placed on closed subscription.
