Uzcharmsanoat Association Discusses Uzbek Leather Raw Material Exports with Pakistan’s Hawk Fire Industries

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan and Pakistan continue to strengthen cooperation in the leather industry.

During an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Chairman of the Uzcharmsanoat Association held working meetings with the management of Hawk Fire Industries, based in Sialkot.

The discussions focused on prospects for supplying Uzbek leather raw materials to the Pakistani market, as well as opportunities for joint production and export of finished leather products.

Issues of raw material and product quality, supply volumes, and logistics routes were also addressed.

Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached to move the cooperation into a practical phase, establish direct business contacts, and prepare export contracts in the next stage of collaboration.
