UzCard Reports Profit Exceeding US$100M in 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In 2025, the Joint Republican Processing Center (UzCard) reported strong financial growth. The company’s IFRS net profit reached US$103.8 million, a 37% increase compared to US$75.8 million in 2024.

Total assets of the payment operator rose 58.3% to US$90.2 million, while net operating profit grew 68.8%, surpassing US$120 million. Annual net revenue reached US$173.3 million, up 69% from 2024.

UzCard’s equity increased by 46.8% to US$67.1 million, and retained earnings reached US$63.9 million, a 36.8% rise compared to the previous year.

In October 2022, the state sold its 75% stake in the company to four individual co-owners for 210.1 billion soums. At the time, the entire payment system was valued at approximately 280 billion soums (US$25.2 million at the October 2022 exchange rate).
