Uzbekugol to pay dividends for 2013
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekugol open joint stock company, specializing in mining and sales of coal, will pay dividends for 2013.
The shareholders of the company adopted corresponding decisions at the annual meeting.
In line with the decision of the shareholders, the company will pay 2.5 soums per ordinary shares and 2,500 soums on preferential shares.
Total number of ordinary shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2,794,982 units and preferential shares – 147,105 units.
