Uzbekneftegaz to place shares for 3.225 trln. soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekneftegaz national company of Uzbekistan will place shares for over 3.225 trillion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the company.
Within the issue, the company will place 3,225,654,158 ordinary shares with the par value of 1,000 soums each.
The shares will be placed on closed subscription.
