Uzbekneftegaz Strengthens Cooperation with Leading Chinese Companies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Chairman of the Board of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz,” Abdugani Sanginov, held a meeting with representatives of several leading Chinese oil and gas companies, including GR Xibu Buling Engineering Company, China 3 National Logging, Great Wall Drilling Company, and the joint venture New Silk Road Oil and Gas.

During the discussions, the parties reviewed the current state of cooperation and prospects for development in geological exploration, hydrocarbon exploration, and production for 2026.

Particular attention was given to the application of modern technological solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of drilling and exploration activities, as well as the potential for implementing joint investment and production projects involving Chinese service companies within the Uzbekneftegaz system.

Abdugani Sanginov emphasized the Company’s openness to cooperation with qualified contractors based on competitive technical and economic proposals that comply with international practices and established requirements.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening business ties, continuing constructive dialogue, and gradually developing cooperation in priority areas.
