Uzbekneftegaz completes additional construction at Kultak field
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
National holding company Uzbekneftegaz completed additional construction at Kultak field in Kashkadarya region, a publication of the Ministry of Economy and the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.
According to the state bodies, Uzbekistan completed implementation of a project on modernization of booster compressor station Pamuk and reconstruction of facility on complex preparation of gas.
The project cost is US$52 million. The project was financed due to own resources of Uzbekneftegaz.
Installation of technologic equipment will allow increase gas extraction by 1 billion cubic meters in mid-term perspective in context of exhaustion of blanket energy of gas pressure.
