Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- After the overhaul of the Uchtepa field of the Andijonneft joint-stock company, the production of natural gas from chalk deposits of the 18th horizon was resumed. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.

Overhaul №1 (Jurassic) by Andijonneftgazkuduutamirtlash LLC carried out major repairs.

Water isolation works were carried out at intervals of 1085-1090 meters. Perforation work was also carried out in the range of 1064-1069 meters.

As a result, an industrial gas inflow with an average daily flow rate of 50 thousand cubic meters was obtained.

The Uchtepa oil and gas condensate field is located on the territory of the Bulokboshinsky district of the Andijan region and was commissioned in 2017.
