“Uzbekneftegaz” and “KazMunayGas” Expand Cooperation in the Oil and Gas Sector
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Today in Tashkent, a meeting was held between Bahadir Sidikov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz,” and Askhat Khasenov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “KazMunayGas.”
The parties emphasized that, thanks to friendly negotiations between the leaders of the two countries, cooperation between the fraternal nations is actively developing across all sectors, including the oil and gas industry.
The state-owned companies are implementing promising joint projects aimed at strengthening economic integration and enhancing the efficiency of the sector.
During the talks, participants reviewed the current state of mutually beneficial cooperation, prospects for its expansion, and practical implementation of joint initiatives. Special attention was paid to accelerating geological exploration and developing directions for deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials.
As a result of the meeting, both sides agreed to elevate the partnership to a new level, which will involve more intensive practical collaboration and the expansion of joint projects in the oil and gas sector.
