Uzbekneftegaz: a shortage of oil products for 112.44 million soums at Takhiatash Oil Base

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz on the part of the Working Group, at the gas stations for farmers of the branches No. 51 “Chaika” and No. 25 “Kirkkiz” of LLC “Takhiatash Oil Base”, an inspection was carried out and a shortage of oil products was found. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.

As a result of internal inspection and inventory of oil products at gas stations for farmers, it was revealed that there is a shortage of 15,719 liters of oil products in the amount of 112.44 million soums as of 1 May 2020.

Materials on this identified deficit were provided by the chief accountant of the branch with the appropriate accounting translation (chart of accounts with accountants 47.30). The debt of financially responsible persons of gas stations of the branch No. 51 and 25 made up 112 million 460 thousand 966 soums.

During the inventory of the amount of oil products stored at the gas stations No. 51 Chaika and No. 25 Kirkkiz belonging to the branch, 117 liters of SAE-140 oil with a deficit of 485,000 soums were identified.

At the time of the inventory of residues of petroleum products as of May 15, 2020, the actual diesel fuel balance of gas station No. 51 was 6,177 liters, which is 10,862 liters less than the balance for accounting, and the actual diesel fuel balance of gas station No. 25 was 3 212 liters, which is 4,299 liters less than the balance of accounting.

During the interrogation about the reason for the shortage, the senior operator of the gas station A. Ibragimov in his explanatory letter explained that he handed the diesel fuel to the farmers without drawing up the relevant documents and a signature confirming the receipt of diesel fuel in the department for distribution of petroleum products to consumers.

Based on the results of the audit, documents on the shortage of petroleum products were submitted to the prosecutor for consideration in the manner prescribed by law.
