Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekneftegaz joint-stock company placed the debut 7-year Eurobonds at the London Stock Exchange for US$700 million.
E&Y conducted the audit of the financial report of the company for 2017-2020 and the first half of 2021. The company also obtained ratings from Fitch Ratings и S&P Global Ratings at the level of BB- with stable outlook.
CITI Group, JP Morgan (USA), Mitsubishi UFG (Japan) and Gazprombank (Russia) were the organizer-banks of placement of the bonds.
Initial interest rates on the Eurobonds of Uzbekneftegaz was set at 5% APR. The applications for US$1.9 billion were submitted (without the applications of the organizer-banks – US$1.7 billion). Final interest set on the bonds was set at 4.75%.
International bonds of the company are distributed among more than 120 investors from Great Britain, USA, Germany, countries of European Asia.
