Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As a result of abnormally intensive rainfall, landslides occurred in the village of Akrabat, Dekhkanabad region, Kashkadarya region on 6 April, resulting in a drawdown of the railway track.

At present, restoration work is being actively carried out to strengthen the superstructure. In order to ensure the safety of passengers, the stage is temporarily closed.

As a result of the natural incident, there was no victims and all the cars of the rolling stock are intact.
