Uzbekistan’s Youth Parliament Discusses Cooperation with EU

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Members of the Youth Parliament under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with representatives of the European Union’s Youth Advisory Board.

During the dialogue, the parties discussed increasing youth engagement in parliamentary activities, expanding institutional cooperation, and implementing joint projects.

The EU representatives shared insights into the work of the Youth Advisory Board, which channels youth perspectives into the framework of EU cooperation programs and policies within Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, agreements were reached to develop youth diplomacy, increase youth participation in inter-parliamentary dialogue on international platforms, and implement a series of joint initiatives in the future.
