Uzbekistan’s products received high praise at the international food exhibition PRODEXPO-2019
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- With the assistance of the Export Support Fund for small business and private entrepreneurship, manufacturing companies from Uzbekistan participated in international food exhibition PRODEXPO-2019 in Russia.
Syrdarya-based “Uzbegim Group” presented food products. Within the exhibition, the company concluded an agreement with the largest trading network of Russia Ashan. According to the company’s general director, Umida Sattarova, Uzbek fresh and dried fruits will be presented in all hypermarkets of Russna company.
Tashkent’s Best Tastes Technology, which presents dried fruits and nuts under its UzKand brand, on the first day of the exhibition agreed to supply products to Russia and the countries of the European Union.
Tashkent confectionery company “Crafers” presented flour products, chocolate, caramel, marmalade and marshmallow products, jellies and other confectionery at the exhibition. Chocolate bars, delicate milk chocolate, roasted nuts and Crocant sweets were in particular demand.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation favorably responded to the product, noting the naturalness of the raw materials used. The main criterion in the assessment was originality and new tastes of sweets known to us.
Not only Russian businessmen showed interest in the products of this company, but also entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, with whom agreements were also signed for supply of these products to the markets of their countries.
The main event of the exhibition was the presentation of medals to manufacturers, whose product received the greatest feedback, was marked by the best from all participants, experts and visitors to the exhibition. Among the recipients was the Crafers, which received a medal in the nomination “Best Product-2019” for its products - dark tile chocolate Premium and dark tile chocolate with crushed nuts.
