Uzbekistan’s President Received in Ceremonial Welcome in Pakistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A ceremonial official welcome for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place at the residence of the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

In honor of the visiting head of state, the national flags of both countries were raised and a ceremonial guard was lined up, accompanied by the playing of national anthems.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif greeted members of the official delegations.

Following a joint photo session, high-level negotiations commenced.
