Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ilkhom Makhkamov, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Transport, held talks with Zhechun Miao, CEO of the Chinese company Poly Changa.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the reconstruction project of the Kitab–Shakhrisabz–Karshi highway and agreed on the next steps to accelerate the implementation of the project.

Additionally, the Chinese company shared its experience in tunnel construction and expressed interest in participating in the construction of a new tunnel on the Takhtakoracha Pass.
