Uzbekistan’s MFA Expresses Condolences Over Hong Kong Fire

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan expressed deep sorrow over the tragic fire at a residential complex in Hong Kong, which claimed 128 lives, with around 200 people reported missing.

The MFA extended condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

Uzbek diplomatic missions in China have promptly contacted local authorities, and it has been confirmed that no Uzbek citizens were among the deceased or injured. The situation remains under constant monitoring by the ministry.
