Uzbekistan’s Competition Committee Approves Innovabuild’s Acquisition of City Hills

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Competition Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved the application of Innovabuild LLC to acquire 100% of the shares in City Hills LLC.

Both companies are engaged in residential construction.

A special commission of the Committee analyzed the proposed transaction and concluded that it would not affect the competitive environment in the residential real estate market.

Based on this conclusion, the Committee decided to approve the application and authorize the transaction, thereby ensuring the lawful and transparent execution of the corporate merger.
