Uzbekistan’s Bean Exports Rise 17% in the First Half of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In the first half of 2025, Uzbekistan significantly increased its bean exports. According to the National Statistics Committee, the country exported 80,053 tons of beans worth a total of US$208.9 million during this period.

Compared to the same period last year, exports grew by 11,753 tons, or 17.2 percent.

The main destinations for Uzbek beans were China (27,514 tons), Pakistan (14,368 tons), Afghanistan (13,365 tons), Iran (10,402 tons), and Georgia (4,159 tons). An additional 10,245 tons were exported to other countries.
